Chanyuvan has an experienced in legal practice with over 6 years of experiences in legal practice in real estate, banking & finance, employment, corporation, and commercial transactions contract. Initially based in Phnom Penh, he began his career as legal assistant and advisor at renowned firms based in Cambodia from 2014 – 2017. Over the several years at the law firm, Chanyuvan joined the construction development company which located in the central of Phnom Penh, where he spent 1 year worked as legal assistant of expertise in Real Estate Development Company. 

He has extended his academic career to pursuer his master’s degree in London, at the City, University of London for 2 years. He just fresh graduated and holding his master’s degree in International Commercial Law.

As a Master of International Commercial Law, he possesses a strong background in legal principles, regulations and practices governing business transactions. With a comprehensive understanding of international trade, contacts, intellectual property, and dispute resolution, he equipped to provide valuable legal expertise to organizations operating in the legal marketplace.

He attended The City Law School, which is under the City, University of London, where he studied International Commercial Law where he obtained a Master’s degree in LLM International commercial law. He is a graduate bachelor’s degree from The Royal University of Law and Economics in LLB English Language Based Bachelor of Law.

In mid of 2023, he joined a banking and finance practice group at a top tier regional law firm, where he regularly assisted offshore institutions and private companies on issuing bond and security documents to financial institutions and companies. He also advised local and international clients on an array of matter relating to project finance, AML, lending transaction and financial technology.
