Bondol has more than five years of experience in the legal practice specialized in corporate, commercial contracts, and litigation. Bondol started his legal career in 2018 as a legal officer at a regional law firm based in Cambodia, with involvement on corporate, litigation, banking, and intellectual property. Later on, he has focused on corporate and litigation practice.

As a legal officer, Bondol has advised and assisted both local and international clients on various matters, in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and obtaining business licenses, as well as company registration & dissolution and taxation. He also assisted litigation lawyers and clients in drafting, including civil and criminal complaints, counterclaims, defense statements, motions for file without proceeding, motions for ruling of preservative disposition, and divorce agreements.

At Sethalay Law Office, Bondol has been assisting the clients in conducting research and drafting several Proclamations (Prakas) and Guidelines. Further, he also advised and assisted the clients in registration of companies, trademarks, and share transfers, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating, including but not limited to franchise agreements, licensing agreements, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan agreements, hypothec agreements, and other agreements. Meanwhile, Bondol also assisted lawyers and clients in litigation matters by drafting and reviewing over the legal documents for submission to the competent courts, authorities, and counterparts.
