With the various professional background of working in either a top law firm in Cambodia or a public notary, Chandara has assisted clients, either a local or multinational clients, in drafting and reviewing the transactional agreement for the governing of specific transaction and arrangement between different clients such as shares sale and purchase agreement, sale and purchase of immovable property, join venture agreement, franchise agreement​, lease agreement etc. As for the corporate compliance, he has advised a number of clients on the corporate compliance including the requirement for the filing of annual and periodically obligations, business licensing, and other legal requirement for the operation of business in Cambodia starting from the registrational to the closure of business. He also takes part in conducting due diligence for a project and company with the value of multi million dollars including in hotel management and manufacturing.
